    The Belly Dance Guild is thrilled to be hosting
    our first North Bay Hafla and you are invited!

    Gather with us in the spacious backyard of Guild member and longtime dancer Gayle Wayne for a relaxed afternoon of shimmying under the sky. Talented musicians and Guild members The Flairs will be providing live music, or you can perform to recorded music...  and if you just want to watch and enjoy the company, that’s welcome too!

    This event is for everyone—invite your dancer friends!

    Because this is a casual, dancer-only event, this is a great opportunity to try something new, be it a new prop, dance style or costume in a safe, fun and supportive environment.  Or you can just bring yourself and do the beautiful dancing you always do!  The choice is yours!
    • Soloists - max. 6 minutes
    • Groups - max. 9 minutes

    Gilded Raqs Vendor Registration

    Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at Gilded Raqs Belly Dance Festival! Our marketplace will be a bustling hub of dancers, artists, and festivalgoers eager to shop for unique costumes, jewelry, props, and more. This is the perfect opportunity to showcase your products to a passionate and engaged audience!

    How to Register:

    1️⃣ Complete the Vendor Registration Form with your business details.
    2️⃣ Select your booth space (Badia Auditorium or Samia Marketplace Room).
    3️⃣ Submit payment upon approval.
    4️⃣ Check your inbox for confirmation.  More information will be sent closer to the festival date.

    Vendor Booth Options & Pricing:

    Each booth includes:

    ✅ One or two 8-ft tables & chairs 
    ✅ Two vendor passes for booth attendants (except Samia No Booth option)
    ✅ Your business listed on the Gilded Raqs website & social media

    Badia Auditorium  – Located inside the main auditorium, ensuring high foot traffic.

    Perfect for vendors looking for maximum visibility in the heart of the festival.

    • Two (2) 8’ Tables and 1 Rack - $250
    • Limited availability: Only 4 table spots available (2 per level on each, Linear placement, (Vendor brings one rack) in Badia Auditorium, 4 spaces available (incl 1 admission)).
    • One (1) 8' Table ($175) Only 2 table spots available (1 on upper level on each side, incl 1 admission).

    Samia Marketplace  – A spacious shopping space perfect for interactive displays and fittings.

    Ideal for vendors needing more space for displays, fitting areas, and racks (vendors provide racks).

      Guild Member - $255
      Non-Member - $300

    • 10’ x 20’ Booth 
      Guild Member - $385
      Non-Member - $450
       
    • Table + Garment Rack (No Booth) – $165 (Includes 8’ table)

    Important Information:

    Application Deadline: July 1, 2026
    Festival Dates: September 12 & 13, 2026
    Location: Scottish Rite Center, San Jose, CA
    Load-in/Setup Details: Provided upon acceptance.

    Vendor Guidelines:

    ✔ Vendors must staff their booths during festival hours.
    ✔ Limited electrical access—please request in advance if needed.
    ✔ Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

    Additional advertising options:

    • $25 - Business Card Ad in the Festival Program (online for one month after event)
    • $40 - Ad on The Belly Dance Guild Website for one year
    We are running an event which is expensive, and as a non-profit, we need to keep within our budget, which is dependent on your participation.  Unfortunately, we cannot process any refunds after August 1, 2026.
