Performance Opportunities

✨ The Badia Stage – Our auditorium space (20' x 40')
✨ The Samia Stage – Our marketplace space (16' x 16')

We welcome all dancers and troupes to apply! Spaces are limited, and Guild members can register in advance, so be sure to register early—and consider joining The Guild to secure your preferred spot! 

As a performer you will get a discounted admission rate for the day you are performing ($8 for Members/$10 for non-Members).

Performers have the option of dancing to pre-recorded tracks played through a professional sound system on theater speakers; or, live music from Pangia or The Flairs!

Photography and Videography

Carl Simon will be providing professional photography and videography on the Badia Stage, Michael Baxter will be providing professional photography on the Samia Stage.

Time Limits

⏳ Solo and Duet Performances – 6 minutes
⏳ Troupes (3+ dancers) – 12 minutes
⏳ Live Band Performances – 8 minutes

Guidelines

Music Submission – Music must be submitted in advance and should be family-friendly.

Costume Standards – Attire should be suitable for a public festival setting, please wear a coverup when not performing.

All Belly Dance Styles Welcome! – From traditional to fusion, we celebrate all forms of belly dance.

Performer Perks – Enjoy discounted admission on the day of your performance (all performers must purchase admission)!
