If you would like to volunteer for the Gilded Raqs Belly Dance Festival on April 6 at the Historic Hoover Theatre in San Jose, please select a session time and then fill out the registration form. You will be contacted by our Volunteer Coordinator with more information!
Volunteer Sessions are two hours long, and you can volunteer for more than one session, the schedule for the festival will be:
- 9am-10am - Pre-event setup
- 9:30am-noon - Workshops
- Noon-7:30pm - Festival Dancing and Shopping
- 7:30pm-9:00pm - Post-event cleanup
Members who volunteer for one session (two hours) and non-members who volunteer for two sessions (four hours) will get
- Free admission to the Festival
- Preferred dancer registration and placement
