Gilded Raqs is a celebration meant to be remembered. Personal photos and videos are welcome; we simply ask that you keep flash off, hold devices at chest level (not overhead), and remain mindful not to disrupt performers, fellow guests, or our professional media team.
Photo/Video Release
By stepping into the world of Gilded Raqs, all attendees and participants grant The Belly Dance Guild and its partners permission to capture and use images and video from the event for promotional and archival purposes.
Release of Liability
Gilded Raqs invites you to move, gather, and celebrate—but participation is at your own discretion and risk. By attending, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your well-being and personal property throughout the event. The Belly Dance Guild, along with its organizers, staff, volunteers, and venue partners, cannot be held liable for any injuries sustained during workshops, performances, or general event activities. Likewise, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged belongings. We encourage you to care for yourself and your treasures so you can fully enjoy the magic of the weekend.
